Staywell is an independent, award-winning charity providing a range of services for people in south-west London and Surrey.

We offer a range of services and projects, both centre-based and in the community, designed to support people's independence and help them stay well.

We work in ways that are person-centred, so that when someone first approaches us, a whole array of services is made easily accessible.

We want to make a real difference to those who use our services, and help improve their quality of life.

    A range of practical care and support services in your own home, to help you stay independent, safe and healthy, including Handyperson and domestic help and our award-winning Stay Well at Home service.

    We offer a wide variety of social, adult learning and therapeutic activities through our centres In the boroughs of Kingston upon Thames and Reigate & Banstead : Raleigh House in New Malden, The Bradbury in Kingston, The Banstead Centre in Banstead Village, The Woodhatch Centre in Woodhatch, Reigate and Regent House in Horley.

    Free six-week courses helping you lose weight, get fit and have fun through a range of activities and weight loss workshops, including: Nordic walking, Aquacise, Body Balance, chair-based exercise and cycling.
