The line is staffed by a team of specialist advisers, who can provide information and advice, as well as signpost you to other agencies. The line is staffed Monday – Friday 10.00 am – 4.00 pm and any messages left will be answered.
If you have more complex issues, you can arrange to meet an advisor face to face. You can organise this through the Advice Line.
