Saturday Club – for people living with dementia and their informal carers and supporters

Our Saturday Club for people living with dementia, their families and carers, meets monthly at Raleigh House.

The service is designed to offer practical and emotional support, as well as a space for people to share their experiences, take part in activities and socialise.  A range of activities is offered, including singing, quizzes, gentle exercise, arts and crafts, as well as general discussion and information, advice and talks.  We work with members to provide the activities and support they want.

When does it meet?

The club takes place on the second Saturday of each month between 11am and 2pm.  Lunch is provided at 12 noon.

What does it cost?

The current charge is a contribution of £5.00 per person towards lunch and refreshments.

For further information, or if you are interested in attending, call Cathy Weight, Raleigh Centre Manager, 020 8949 4244 or email cathy@staywellservices.org.uk.
