Emails and phone calls are always promptly and pertinently answered. Useful feedback is provided when staff identify issues of concern or need. Despite a spate of sickness and absence among staff, cover has been seamlessly arranged and communicated to us. Initial recalcitrance on the part of my parents has been overcome with patience and sensitivity and the cooks have been unfailingly friendly and accommodating. Having resisted help, my parents now speak very warmly of the cooks and their skills.


It is thanks to your excellent care that my parents have been able to stay in their own home and it is great relief to my brother and me to know that we can rely on your team when extra support is needed.'

How does it work?

We will arrange an initial home visit at a time convenient for you, to discuss your requirements and then match you with one of our carefully selected home helps. You will also receive an information pack about our full range of services. All staff are trained, police checked and can support you to get the right help if your circumstances change. We offer competitive rates for our high quality service.

95% of customers who responded to our feedback survey said they would recommend the service to others.

What does it cost?

There is a straightforward hourly charge of £26 on weekdays (plus any expenses such as petrol and parking for shopping, outings etc).
