Remember us in your Will

Have you, or someone you care for, been helped by Staywell?

Did you know?

We receive support from Kingston Council towards the running costs of Raleigh House, The Bradbury and our free Information and Advice service, and we try and keep our charges for our day centres as low as possible. However, this still only covers three-quarters of the costs - we have to raise the rest through other means.

Did you know that it’s thanks to people like you, who have contributed in the past, that Raleigh House and      The Bradbury exist?

74 years ago a small group of local people who wanted to make a difference to the lives of older and vulnerable people got together. It’s from those grass roots that Staywell has grown and blossomed into the charity that last year helped over 2,400 local older people and their families.

You can help ensure our work continues

for another 70 years and beyond.

Did you know?

Gifts in Wills are as easy as a donation and only take one phone call to a solicitor.

Just 1% to Staywell in your Will can make a huge difference and those closest to you receive 99%.

All you need:

Charity address and registered charity number:

Staywell (the operating name of Age Concern Kingston upon Thames)

Raleigh House, 14 Nelson Road, New Malden, KT3 5EA

Registered charity number: 299988

Our promise to you

  • We absolutely recognise your loved ones come first in your Will.
  • We will never ask you the size or type of gift if you decide to support our work this way.
  • You never have to tell us your intentions – we respect your right to privacy.
  • We fully understand that circumstances change and there might be a time when you need to take us out of your Will.
  • We promise to use your gift wisely, in line with your wishes.

Talk to us

To talk to someone about making a gift in your Will, and the difference this can make, please contact our          Chief Executive, Shane Brennan [email protected] 020 8942 8256.

It’s likely that if you leave a gift to us, you can reduce your Inheritance Tax, but always take independent, professional advice.

We have an arrangement with an experienced firm of local solicitors whereby they offer a discounted Will service to people aged over 55 who want to make a simple Will. Please call our information office if you would like further information and/or an introduction.

Thank you for considering Staywell in your Will.
